"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

thanks,they will help you if you didnt see pinspede and herapede (i named them that) evolves into pinsir/heracross (depends on the one you catched) in lv 16 and gains fight type,can be usefull to beat brock his evolutions are named pinsteel and herasteel,they loses fight type and gains steel,probably the only ones who helps you beating brock,apart from yamask,who knows a ground move and a ghost one bug catchers use them rarely times,curiously they never use herasteel or pinsteel
